Austin and Mady Blair, owners of ABC Beef, are a young farm couple raising three kids while building a diversified ag operation in Iowa. Together, they farm row crops, feed cattle, run a hog operation, and sell their own beef direct-to-consumer in their local community. What started as a way to use what they already knew has grown into a diversified business that keeps them busy from sunup to sundown. Austin and Mady are hands-on in every part of their operation and they’re passionate about raising their kids in agriculture, teaching them the value of hard work, and showing up every day to build a legacy together.

Adam Prokash is a first-generation producer who built his livestock business from the ground up, starting with veal calves and evolving through feeder pigs and calves, to his work today overseeing calf programs across Wisconsin. 

Adam supplies milk replacer, meds and management support to Amish communities throughout the region, with a focus on putting relationships first. His story is one of grit, reinvention, and a willingness to follow opportunity wherever it shows up. 

Ashley is the Project Coordinator for the Iowa Working Lands Project, an avid advocate for agriculture, former Miss United States Agriculture, and a part of the Iowa Cattlemen's Leadership Program. She is also active on her family farm and feedlot. 

Bug is an independent cattle feeder in west central Iowa and owner of Triple 7 Meats.

Josh Snyder is a husband and father, CrossFit coach, founder of FitNKC, and the driving force behind Bloc Life, a nonprofit expanding access to fitness for veterans and individuals with disabilities. With a passion for functional movement and practical nutrition, Josh helps people build confidence, strength, and healthier habits - no matter their starting point. 

Luke Quandt is the owner of Quandts Coatings, a custom laser engraving and waterjet cutting business located in Carroll, IA. Raised on a farm, Luke started engraving in his spare timeout of his house before taking the leap from working on hog barns to pursue his side hustle full time. Now six years in, he specializes in creating one-of-a-kind custom pieces and has a passion for helping small businesses find unique ways to take care of their teams and clients. With the recent addition of a waterjet to his shop, Luke continues to push the limits of what's possible. 

Mark Toms has a background in diesel mechanics and trucking, pulling tankers and hauling livestock. Mark is an avid coyote hunter and an expert dry wall finisher.

Growing up in the livestock industry, she saw firsthand how scattered records and limited data made ranch management harder than it needed to be, inspiring her to help build practical tools designed specifically for producers.

Oaklee also works for Producers Livestock Marketing Association, where she’s surrounded by cattlemen and industry leaders daily. She’s grateful for the opportunities she’s had and is passionate about supporting the cattle community she loves by helping ranchers stay efficient, informed, and equipped for the future.

Olivia Harms has created her own “Rhinestone Cowgirl” sound, blending Texas, Bakersfield, and Nashville country. As the daughter of Western Music Hall of Fame member Joni Harms, Olivia debuted onstage at two days old. She was named in COWGIRL magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2022 and won Singer of the Year during the First Annual Women of the West Gala in June of 2022. The Country Music Artists Association of Texas announced her as 2024’s Cowboy Western Artist. She grew up on her family's 150-year-old ranch in Canby, Oregon and, while maintaining a rigorous touring schedule, resides in Northern California.

Rick began auctioneering over 35 years ago, and today he has become a preeminent and world-class talent in his field. Rick was inspired and influenced by his father, a local fundraising auctioneer, who worked in the livestock transportation business all of his life. His father encouraged him to pursue his unique auctioneering gift from a young age and make it part of his life’s work.

His passion as a cattleman and love for the business has served to cultivate and strengthen his knowledge and expertise in all facets of the industry. Rick successfully runs his own cow-calf, stocker and feeder ventures, as well as owning and operating an acclaimed American Quarter Horse breeding program. 

In addition, Rick has been part of the Western Video Market team since 1991 and serves as the lead auctioneer and cattle representative for the company. Each year Western Video Market promotes and sells over a half a million head of cattle throughout the West.

Will Epperly is a cattleman and co-owner of Dunlap Livestock Auction in Dunlap, IA. Will won the LMA World Livestock Auctioneer Champion title in 2022.

Zach Tindall is a commodity broker with Producers Livestock and a farmer feeder in Northwest Iowa. He works alongside his dad on their multi-generational farm raising cattle, which gives him a unique perspective when helping producers navigate risk management tools like futures, options, and LRP.
